Surveillance lists. Joined the practice in 2003 after working 23 years at a small

Practice Staff
Pamela Steadman is the practice manager and she may be able to help you with any administrative or non-medical
enquiries regarding your health and treatment.
We have a nurse practitioner (Sam Farrow) and three practice
nurses: Gillian Bhattacharya, Violet Kirkman and Wendy Barnard. They are available by
appointment for health checks, blood pressure checks and vaccinations.
We have 12 receptionists/secretarial
staff:
Anne Cooper, Janet Jaunzems, Carol Juggins, Julie Leaning, Joanne Mathews,
Tracey Moody, Sara Talbot, Rosamund Sheriff, Christine Smith, Lin Franklin, Lauren Scott and Mel Higgs.
Staff Attached To The Practice
Various staff from the Hickman Street Health Clinic are attached to the practice.
Health visitors are closely involved in the health care of patients, particularly
children. There is a district nursing team attached to the practice caring for
people in their homes the team is led by sister Nicola Amos. A midwifery team helps us to look after expectant mothers
and hold antenatal clinics at the health clinic.
A community psychiatric
nurse helps look after people with emotional and mental health problems.
