Complaints
To help us provide the best possible service for our patients, we operate a practice-based complaints procedure
which meets national criteria. If you have any suggestions or complaints to make about any aspect of our
service please speak to the receptionist or ask for the practice manager. Overall responsibility for the
complaints procedure is taken by Dr G D Warnes.
Freedom Of Information - Publication Scheme
The Freedom of Information Act 2000
obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is
a guide to the 'classes' of information the practice intends to routinely make available.
This scheme is available from reception.
