Patient Access Problems
I are sorry to hear that patients are still experiencing problems with the Patient Access service. We have been inundated with queries into the practice and have helped people where we can. However, we ask that you kindly note that this service is not managed or run by Caskgate Street Surgery, and we are limited on what we can do to help with the issues that are affecting GP practices and patients all over the country.
